Transmission Cooler Info?

Transmission Cooler Info?
Hey everyone--I'm looking for info on installing a tranny cooler for a TL-S, anyone have this lying around? Thanks!
Also, on a side note, when people are doing their transmissions flushes, Where are they getting them done? I found out to my surprise that the TL uses a Honda specific tranny fluid and the standard fluid, Dextron III is not recommended. Wondering if the failures are due to incorrect fluid used?
(We have a Chrysler Minivan too--and was warned about the same deal, apparently people using the wrong fluid (Dextron vs Chrysler ATF+3)=major tranny failures as some might have heard...)
Thanks again!

Recently, one of the more respected members on the board came upon some wonderful (and quite reliable) info. Basically, (I don't know if I'm getting it exactly right) the PCM that controls the tranny wasn't designed properly for the TLS or at least wasn't working the way it was supposed to. This was what was causing the tranny failures. I don't know if all trannies will go bad but there has been an alarmingly high number of failures. To give you an idea, I had my tranny replaced (for the second time) in Nov/Dec of last year. At that time, people (myself included) were waiting anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to get a new tranny. That was 10 months ago and I believe there is still a 4 week back-order. That's ridiculous!! Clearly, whatever the problem is, it's more than bad fluid, harmful mods or driving style.
