you better do it soon. CLs are getting harder and harder to find nowadays. I read on the Wiki that there were only 3,511 CL-S 6MT ever made. pretty crazy.

They are going to start running out fast. The 6th Gen Accord guys are also using them on their J-series motors.

Congrats! Congrats! I'm happy for you, bro. I actually just bought another car (04 Nissan Maxima) because of the hell I'm going through with the transmission on my 02 TL-S. I still have it though, it's at the shop getting repaired. I am seriously considering doing a 6spd manual swap but I don't know of any shops nearby that have the balls to do it. I really want it done..I'll be waiting to see your pics!

If you have the time, the patience, and a big backyard or shop to work on your car in, it would be a perfect time to do the swap on your own with some friends. Since you have another car, you wont be out of commission for long, and on top of that, you'll always have the maxima to drive around in. I was annoyed for the longest time because my car has been in the shop for almost a month! But at least it's finally done and it'll come back to me with a brand new tranny and a totally different shiter

Really? How much does he charge? Send me a PM, I need to get this modification done! My car is in the shop right now getting the automatic transmission repaired. If your mechanic can quote me a decent price then I will sell the trans once it's repaired and take the car straight to him!

I think the labor is actually not a problem vanirl. the problem is finding a CL-S 6MT or sourcing parts to do the swap. of course finding a whole front clip is cheaper, but if you're sourcing parts, its going to cost you.
