Ok guys, I got a ticket last week for doing 30 in a 15 school zone. My last ticket before this was close to a year ago for an accident. My first ticket I took to court, plead no contest and got no points. Can I do that with my recent ticket too? I mean, there is no limit to how many times you can go to court correct? I know there is a limit on how many times you can go to traffic school, but is there one for taking it to court?

here's the lowdown...
I don't think (at least in NYS)
that they keep ANY record of written tickets unless you are actually convicted...
I got a ticket, pleaded not guilty....
was still pending, i got a notehr ticket a week later (all speeding)
the cop asked if i ever had any i said no.
he's like I'll give ua break (wrote it for 10mph less or something) anyhow, both ended up being reduced to parking after traffic school (if u pleade guilty and pay... state gets the money, if they reduce it to parking tickets or whatever town gets the money so generally they like that...)

few months later i got another ticket -- same court as the first one... they knew nothing about my first ticket, and it was repeated how the ocurse could only be used once every 18 months (point reduction class) and that was three in 6 months... so unless ur convicted I dont think they know... i went to 2 diff places on purpose tho.

SO anyhow plead not guilty... go to school, get it reduced
