TL Type S Sways on a accord v6?

TL Type S Sways on a accord v6?
hey .. i'm just wondering if anyone knows if the type S rear sways will fit on a 2000 Accord v6 sedan??
my friend has a CL type S on his 2001 Accord v6 coupe .. do u know if there are any differences between the 4 cars (TL, CL, AV6 Sedan, AV6 Coupe) ..
cuz i know most parts are the same for our cars ..
cuz if it fits, i'm definately getting it .. comptechs are waaaaay too much $$$
