TL Type S Speedometer Needle

Since us 99ers cant buy the Type S guages, I was wondering if we can at least get the needles? Has anyone with a 99-01 TL replaced the needles? How hard is it and how long did it take?

You can't take off the needles on our gauges. I've tried. You will end up breakig them!

The needles are different than the ones we have. Also, the base of the needle is silver.
