Okay, it must be an omen. I've had so many things mess up my car in the past 3 weeks that I'm wondering if I shouldn't have bought the car.

Is glass cheaper these days? my '94 Integra had one chip in the 7 years. Now, I already have one. My wife's Infiniti G20 has had the windshield replaced twice since her purchase in 2000. Any one else see a trend?

 

i know how you feel, I got a chip on my windshield smack dab in the middle of my view and also a chip on my bumper. And this was in the first month!! But nothing since then. Knock on wood.

 

I think the trend is either where and/or how you drive. For example: on I-95 down here there are tons of dump trucks... and stuff flies off the backs of them left and right. Follow too close and you're toast.
