Not to get back on the subject of the Asians vs. the Euros, but how does the TL-S stack up (performance wise) against the Audi A series and the Volvo S series?

 

A series?

You prob. meant the 4 like A4, right? They're all A's with some S', A4, A6, A8, S4, S6, TT and yada yada

You should try to do some searches at auto magazine websites like Autoweek etc. and look up test articles and possible comparisons. Or even simply type Audi A4 in a search such as Yahoo and look for it.

Get the current issue of Road and Track. They did a comparison of 11 different sport sedans. The tested the TL-S, Audi A4, Volvo S60, Lincoln LS, Mercedes C320 Sport, BMW 330i, Infiniti G35, Saab Aero, Lexus IS300, Jaguar X Type, Cadillac CTS. TL took 6th place. It was an interesting article and their explanation for why the TL ranked so low in the pack was also interesting.

The Audi S4 is pretty quick. =P

 

You pay more and you get more...

The Volvo S60 T5 is one bad facka for a FWD sedan...

The audi S4 is of course fast chipped or not...

But for the same amount of money, you are getting something like the more basic A4, or S60 2.4. Then I think the TL has more power, and of course more room.
