If I dont get a bmw, then my next car is wrx or and sti. 7 months out of the year is winter and I bet those cars would be SO fun in this weather.

If u drove a tl. I dont think u would like the evo or sti the interior feels shit. Test drive the is350 or the g35.

2nd gen G35 6speed (07 or 08). I would get a slightly used g35(better price). 306hp and interior is nicer than the tl. Plus 3d navigation!!! That car is sick

You guys won't belive this! Yesterday morning they stole my best friends 02 TL Type S right out of his driveway. When he went outside car was gone and the key was inside his house and he only had the car for 4 months! How the hell can they steal it if it suppose to have a Immobilizer system in the car and they most likely didnt use a tow truck?

I don't trust security systems. Most security systems will stop the common or "dumb" criminal. If someone really wants your car, it is gone like the wind. The probability of your car being stolen is lowered but it will not completely remove the chance. Anything digital or computerized can be hacked eventually.

I had a 3G tl rental when my tranny blew up. My 03 type S seats were bigger and more comfortable as for performance my 03 pulled harder then the 05 they gave me and to top it off my 03 got better gas millage And for what the 3G's go for I would defiantly buy the 306hp G35 sedan or the IS 350 over the TL. Acura needs to step it up a bit to compete with the other cars in the TL's class and price range.

Isn't there any security systems that shrieks out when being pulled into tow truck/flatbed?
One could design that detects the change in the angle of position of the car and any time the angle changes slightly, then it will scream.

Of course there are systems that detect motion, elevation, glass cutting. The thing is there is always a way around it. The key is to layer security so the thief will have take more time to get the car. (Time is a thiefs enemy) They will likely move on, BUT if they want it they will get it.

I use to own a 2000 Integra GSR 2dr and a 1994 Integra GSR 4dr (Top stolen car in america) and I had spent about $1500 in security for each. It was to the point where it took me 15 minutes each morning to start my own damn car and it' wasn't worth it.

The TL isn't stolen that often, just look at these boards, you hardly hear of it. Go to Honda-Tech, or Team-Integra and you will see thousands of threads on stolen cars. My advice for TL owners is to get a good security system installed by a PROFESSIONAL (install is key) with 2 sirens that have backup batterys, hood/trunk pin, and motion sensors with a sensitivity level. That should run about $500 or so.

Good, just read from some article that the turning the wheel to all the way to either direction will make it way difficult to load into flatbed/ToE truck.
