Someone offered me TL-S rims, I was wondering if they are worth the money to get. They are the same width as the stock TL-P rims, so will handling improve greatly. Thanks for your help and opinions!

they look better. handling won't improve unless you upgrade the tires. are cooler looking rims worth the extra $$ to you?? that's something you will have to answer for yourself. there are plenty of people on the board that have made the change so you know what they will look like already.

I don't believe the widths are the same. I think the Type-S rims are .5 inches wider or around there.

The handling will improve, but you need performance tires to really notice the difference.

The TL-S rim is 17x6.5. So, the width is the same.
