TL-S parts on to a 2001 V6 (Firepepper Red) Accord
Is there any hope in he11 that I can put the Acura TL body kit on my 2001 Accord LX v6 Firepepper Red sedan?
I mean, the side skirts, can they be a direct fit? Can I make the front and rear valences from the TL (1998-2000) or the (2001-2002) fit on to my stock Accord bumpers?
Also, will the TYPE S (supposedly high-flowing exhaust) do anything for my V6 Accord ?
I want a tiny tiny bit more noise from the V6 engine but, I still want to be able to drive it comfortably and peacefully on 300mile+ trips.
Hehe, I'm 22 but I can't afford to buy a TL, TL-S :-) so I'm trying to retrofit TL/TL-S parts on to my 2001 V6 Accord LX (Firepepper Red).

go to a local shop and ask them about fitting the kit on your car. i think that is what i am going to do. dont really care that much for the 99 front lip so i think i am going to get the 02 lip custom fitted......at least the guy tells me it shouldn't be that hard.

All I know is that the Accord and TL share the same platform but the Acura TL is so worth the money whereas, the Accord seems to be a rip off :-)
Thanks! Do you think I have a chance that any of those TL-S/TL body kit pieces will fit my Accord?

Wings West is my only bet now.
So the TL is an awesome value over the Accord EX V6 since it costs only 15% more than the Accord EX V6. In Canada blah blah blah LOL, okay okay, In Canada, the EX V6 fetches MSRP 31600 CDN... The TL starts at MSRP 37000 CDN; the TL-S, MSRP 41000 CDN.
The NEW Acuras (2nd gen TL/CL, MDX, RSX) are phenomenal LUXURY vehicles. Once upon a time, I laughed at Acura b/c it never really seemed to have much chance against M-B, BMW, Audi. In 1997 or so, that changed!
