lots of people are past 90k, i am at 118k, fsttyms1 is at almost 200k. It depends on whats been done to the car, if you've done maintenance by the book and follow it, than at about 100kish acura recommends the belts, water pump, and a few other things be replaced. some have gone longer and much longer without issue. look at your belts, is it cracking, or loose where you have alot of play, more than about 1/4" or so, if yes, then time to fix er up. Plan on about $1k at the dealership for that job, i am sure you can find cheaper privately. You can always roll the dice, but just know than if a belt goes, by by top end of engine and your bill is much more than $1k!!

Ive got near 200k on mine. around 100k i would change out the timing belt, water pump. while some will tell you its a must, But it doesnt need to be done imediatly if Funding isnt available, but i would get it done at some point. There is no way to tell if its good or not. sure you can look at it but by time you get every thing off to inspect it you might as well replace it.
I would also probably have the brake system flushed also if it hasnt been done already. Other than that just the normal routine maintance is all you needs.
Oh and i rolled the dice on my belt and still havent replaced it

Also, if you haven't replaced the spark plugs yet, might as well do that too, along with the other fluid flushed if not already done. Timing belt wears more according to age of the car rather than mileage. You can get some kind of idea how the belt is wearing by looking at the other drive belts. If they are cracking, you should replace them, and while you have those belts off, might as well do the timing belt and pump too.
