is it really worth the extra dollar. theres a guy in the area and said he can do the headers for me...he hasent given me the quote yet

no, you don't need anything that exotic unless you're trying to win awards. just get something corrosion resistant that can stand the heat. as much as titanium is just plain cool, i can't see spending that kind of money.
