Tire Fell off the Truck

Tire Fell off the Truck
Two tire questions:
My Acura OEM tires were 205/60 R16. I've generally bought top of the line Goodyears since the OEM Michelins wore out. The Goodyears were expensive tires and the irony is that they always had a problem holding air. The car is old now so I buy the lowest price tire they will sell me. I bought some ultra cheap Khumos and I never had a problem with air leakage.
A cheap Chinese Primewell tire fell off the truck today. It came from an Audi A6 and is essentially new (purchased in January and the car hasn't been driven much since February). Primewell PS830 (purchased from Firestone) Size 215/55 R16.
A used tire guy I know told me not to worry too much about the difference in size and to stick them in back when I need them. Even if I put them in front, there is only about a 1 mph difference at 65 MPH (I will actually be doing 64.05 mph).
Questions:
1. Any thoughts about the size difference?
The tire was essentially free and even though I don't need it right now, I am keeping it at least as a spare.
2. Should I purchase a second one now (on sale for $60 through May 26) so I have two tires with the same tread in case it gets discontinued?
(One of my Goodyears has a lot of tread left, the other one is getting close to the wear bars but still has a little to go.)
I am leaning toward purchasing the second tire now, sticking them in the back once the older Goodyear craps out (Khumhos in the right size in front). Goodyear as the spare until something else craps out (keeping the Acura until it dies).
