What a dumba$$
Tim's car pics for the interior
Ron's car pics for the exterior
Steve's car pics for the engine bay and trunk
And he has no clue about the mods.
20x10.5 LD1s on a TL?
Tan interior? Hmmm, Tim's is fern.
11 second quarter mile? Yeah maybe if it was towed by a NHRA dragster.

This guy is a complete and total moron...not only does he steal other people's cars, list things that don't exist and pull rediculous times out of his a$$ but he can't even list what are in the cars properly...
Perfect example is he says he has Alpine Type S subs...take a look at the subs they state right on them that they are Type R subs...JACKA$$!!! :enforcer:
I was going to post on the site but I didn't like the idea of having to register with my info...if this guy is stealing identities who knows what else he's capable of?

OMG, every car forum has posers. I also frequent Mustangworld.com and we always catch ricers on there claiming mods they don't have and even a Viper owner that was called out after posting pics of his new ride and discovering that the pics were off of eBay. LOL! Idiots.

Ohh, and their webstite has pics of their "welding shop" where they "fabricate custom parts." What a jackass, you do not fabricate custom parts with welding, you need a machine shop to do that, and a machine shop consists of much more than just a freakin arc welder.

Did you see his timeslip? He's getting 11.896@119.74 in the 1/4 mile!
It must be the combination of the Comptech engine, the mugen intercoolers and.... maybe he even has a flowmaster turbo in there!

IF you copywrited your photos...EX: (C)-Smitty, then you legally have the right to make him take them down, if you have a web page that everyone can see/access pics of your car then you have no legal rights..

First of all, the copyright claim against this joker is secondary. The main things you'd go after him with are tortuous misrepresentation (the guy's misrepresenting himself with your work) and trade dress/trademark (the guy is tarnishing your reputation by using that trademark on your building's door and your "signature" look) claims. The fact that he stole your pictures is pretty minimal, it's what he's doing with them that counts.
That said, get a hold of a good lawyer in your area. It looks like such a slam dunk case, that he'd be an idiot not to settle - thus keeping your lawyer's fees relatively low. (Ok, so maybe he is an idiot.)
The fact that so many people have seen his website puts you in the driver's seat. He's misrepresented himself and damaged your reputation in front of all of them.
Again, that's not legal advice. Laws vary state-to-state, and this stuff isn't even my specialty. Go get a lawyer. It'll be worth your time.
Just looking out for my TL peeps.
