"Thunk" sound from Sway Bars

About two weeks ago I installed a set of Comptech Sway bars and noticed a big difference... and for a week I didn't hear any noise but recently I've been hearing a "thunk"

I checked the plastic brackets.. tightened them up to prevent shifting of the bar... and I thought it would stop but it hasn't... Any Ideas?

I'm gonna check the end bolts next weekend and tighten them up.. but I'm not quite sure if that's gonna do the trick... I used that tape to wrap the rear bar but I didn't use it for the front.. did everyone use the wrap for the rear and front?

the sound is coming from my front right side... any help would be appreciated.. thanks...
