For those who installed springs themselves, is the warranty still good??
My buddies dad installed some springs on one of my cars and he does a hell of a job. My question is if he installs my comptech's on my TL, will this void my warranty because he is not a certified mechanic??, just a weekend car enthusiast who used to drag funny cars and work on them. Also, I live in So Cal and remember seeing someone post installation charges in So Cal area for springs. Links would be helpful. Thanks
