terrible dealer service in GA

went to acura carland in gwinnett...............

somethin was wrong with my headers and the engine code said that the engine was misfiring with the spark plugs. i went to acura carland to check it out.

i sit there for 2 hours and then they come out and say "a coil was loose and since it was tampered with, we cant do it under warranty."

i understood that.......but they didnt even come to me and tell me that i would have to pay.....wtf.....what if i didnt bring cash

and when i went to qt, i looked at my tires and the blue volk racing air valve stem caps were gone. i went back to the dealer and they kept saying b.s. like "y would we take them off?!?" and they said "youve been gone for a while now"...thinking that i would take my own damn valve caps.

but anyways they were *******s and now i have to pay 40$ for valve stems to replace the rays enginnering ones

all i know is.....that acura charges more for everything, does a worse job, and takes forever. i will never go there again. id rather drive 15 more miles and go to ed voyles

Some of them are stinkers, some are good. I think the same is with all dealerships- in the tri state area (NY NJ and CT) there are a bunch of dogs, specifically Curry Acura. At the same time, there are some great places, like Park Avenue Acura in Nowhere, NJ.

You just have to find a place you like and stick with it!
