tell tale sign

My car jumps a bit when I put it into Reverse.
I don't know what that is or what is going to happen.
I am sure its not normal but I don't like the dealer cause they lie and treat ya like crap.
So anyone ever experience this? It's not enuff for other people in the car to notice but I can feel it.

mine does the same thing but only when i am at home.. at school it seems to be fine.. so this is basically what i think it comes down to.. if you park your car on an slope of any kind (like my driveway at home) it jerks when i put it into reverse or any gear for that matter... but when im at school i get to park on a flat surface and never have a problem... maybe im just crazy but that seemed to be the problem with me....

My TL is not on a hill but sometimes it does do it and other times it doesn't. I will try using the e brake more often.
