Tein SS or Basic coilovers?

Hey I just decided to purchase the Teins coilover but I was wondering your experience with both the basic and ss set up? Can you let me know what is the suggested height for the ss on stock TYPE-S rims 215/50/17's? Also how was your handling?

SS...and get the EDFC too. that way you can control how it rides and handles.

Do I need the EDFC? How much does it cost? I 'm not going to do autocross racing. So I need the ss or can I go with the basic. If I do not get the EDFC how will I be able to adjust to the coilovers? Thanks.

EDFC goes for around 300 dollars. It depends if you want the EDFC or not. If you don't have it, you would have to go to each shock tower to adjust it. And it's a pain in the ass for the rear ones. With EDFC, you can control the dampening rate from your seat.

Depends on how low you want to go. 2 inches or so won't require a camber kit. Just an alignment. But if you plan to go lower than that, then yeah, you'll need a camber kit.
