TCS Indicator Light

Does anyone know why the TCS indicator light randomly comes on? After I restart the car, it goes off. Should I report this to the dealer?

the same thing happens to me every time i have a little wheel spin it will turn on with the ABS light. it gets me mad somtimes but all i do is re-start the car and they go away.
