Sway bars with stock tires
anyone get the comptech sway bars and run the stock tires and not have too much trouble driving with them? i read a lot of posts saying the stocks just give out too much with the sway thru the turns
i pushed it hard after puttin a strut bar on and it almost gave out a couple of times... just wanted to know if anyone is runnin the stock and how its doing withthe sway

I'm with PhiTL...gotta know the limits.
Got Sways and the Stock... when they wear out I consider Yoko's or Dunlops...
Do a search and you'll find my earlier posts when I got the sways...
In short the sways are great as now the car feels at 1 unit with the road... before it felt like the body was somehow separated from the chasis.
The most convincing manuver which portrays this is when you are on the hwy doing 75-80mph and do a lane change only to realise that buddy on the cellphone in the far lane also wants your lane and did not bother to look or indicate... then when you swerve back into your lane .... I tell ya it happened to me before the sways and it can be scary.
Hope this helps.
