Suspension questions

What's the best way to reduce bodyroll in our cars? Sway/strut bars or lowering the vehicle? Any suggestions about which products to go with?

I just had my springs put on today and i can sense a good amount of change, but i guess the sways do an amazing amount. I think id get springs first if i were you just to get an improvement and get rid of those ugly wheel gaps

So if I get the springs, all I need to do is have a shop install them? No extra parts or anything? Also, how will the springs affect my ride quality? Will it eventually cause damage to the rest of the suspension?

Is it true that if you let the dealer install your CT springs it is still covered under warranty vs. doing it yourself? I would like to know because I know a shop that won't charge $250 like my dealer to install them.

I had a shop install mine and it was $198, the only thing ive heard about getting new springs is that youll need to get new shocks sooner or later, or maybe even a camber kit.

the ride is a bit rougher but its not as rough as i thought it was gonna be, i like it alot more auctually, alittle bouncy tho. But when you go fast you feel like that car really sitcks to the gound alot more with them.
