Question Supersonic Sparkplugs

I've been reading the posts at the TL and TL-S forums for a couple months now. I have never owned a TL before but I will be trading in my 95 Integra GS-R for a TL-S in a few weeks. Lots of great info on this site! Anyway, I noticed that there has been a lot of discussion on the Supersonic Sparkplugs (see inthefuture.com and click on the Supersonic sparkplug story). There is loads of information here. Is it too good to be true? For only $50 it's claiming up to 40 more HP with better gas mileage. The plugs are supposedly patented and designed by a former defense contractor engineer. Let's assume that the claims are true, does anyone know of any possible side effects such as shorter engine life or louder running engine etc.? No one wants to be taken for a ride but if the claims are legit, a true performance enthusiast would have to be crazy not to install them in their car. Any feedback?

Shyne bought them and he is going crazy yet no one believes him. Therefore, me being the only one that does, i'm gonna buy 2 sets. One for a 1998 Accord V6, and the other for my 00' TL. And prove once and for all what is up w/ them.

I don't personally believe it until someone posts their dyno slip.

Im with Soundspeed. No way a plug can give you that kind of HP increase! Look at the physics of what it does...it essentially just lights off the fire in the cylinder. I might buy a couple of horse improvement and a minute economy increase, but nothing that would be noticeable.
