for headers...at what rpm will it kick in??? anyone know??
will apexi v-afc help a lot???

I don't think it will help 4th gear any. A supercharger simply increases torque/hp. Our 4th gear is weak because of the gearing, not b/c of the engine. It probably will improve it somewhat, but 4th gear is still an overdrive gear.....

Headers increase the HP/torque across the whole band, however it's maximum increase is somewhere around 5500RPM or so. Check the Comptech site for the dyno......

The V-afc will help you manage your Vtec range and such, but has no affect on the RPM at which the headers produce their max power. It also only really adds 2-5hp, if that. More info in Freakshiat's post.... http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/showth...threadid=29275

Adding more power will put more stress on the tranny, but it should be able to handle it. I think adding the supercharger will be pushing it though. I don't think the tranny will handle the supercharger too well. The headers won't affect it......

hmm...where can we get tranny done or upgrade? or do work on it?

know anyone does this for our cars..other than level 10
