someone on the forum made mention of a near-proximity motion detector that'll alert the intruder of his last rights if he's within a certain distance from the vehicle. My friend had a '96 Impala SS w/ this future, and it was VERY intimidating -- especially at night when you approached his car and FORGOT he had this little piece of technology under the hood.

I'm offended at this reporter's remark that these HID headlights are just "starting to appear" on "midrange luxury" cars like Acura.
TL's have had HIDs since 1999. She should do some more research.
