Stevens Creek Acura - experiences?

Stevens Creek Acura - experiences?
I have been there once for an oil change and some minor warranty issues. My car has 4K miles on it and is black.
Trip 1 - dropped off car
Trip 2 - car is done ( left car because it was all scratched up with a deep one on the trunk)
Trip 3 - service guy says scratches are gone and the car is detailed ( scratch on trunk is not gone - complained to service manager, who is a nice guy )
Trip 4 - car was sent to body shop for scratch to be removed - looks good and service manager gave me a few extras for my troubles )
On the way home, the rattle that they said was fixed sounds worse now.
Considering this was my first experience with thier service department, I would like to know how other peoples experiences with them to determine if I should use them in the future. The care was bought there 6 mos ago....

I have been to Stevens Creek Acura once to fix the sunroof rattling issue. Made an appointment with a service guy, dropped off the car the next day. Got a RSX(non-typeS) as a loaner. Took the loaner back. Got my TLS back with rattle problem gone and a clean car. I was lucky there were no swirl lines on my car after they washed it.
The only complaint that I have was the cashier lady was pretty rude (like a b!tch)
I have been to Los Gatos Acura a few times. It depends on which service guy you work with. Some of them are nice and some are not.
I have not been to the one in Sunnyvale as yet.
That is my experience.

stevens creek is ****. They really dont give a crap about customer service. "Customer service is really important to us, and we ask you to fill this survey out about your service manager", my ass they ****ed me over and i called in and complained and this lady said they get on top of it and that the manager will be calling me. hahah my ass never called.
they really do more damage than good. its like you want them to fix something , then they must scratch some part of your car.
i had a eclipse gst before my tls and everytime i took my car in for service never was my car scratched or damaged. serice at stevens creek is crap bottom line.

Wow. I was kind of hoping that I was alone in my experiences but your sounds very similar to mine.
Did they scratch your car up? Where do you take your car now?

I havent gone to a dealer since. I plan on going to los gatos acura.
they scratched my passenger side skirt, and the center console in the rear where the rear passengers sit. 2 fat ass scratches. Acura needs to do something. My dream would be to fire everyone there and re hire new people, with tons more training in customer service. Especially those service reps. bunch of retards. the cashier is also on the *****y side fat ****.
