Curious to know if anyone else experiences this...

When shifting from 2nd to 3rd in SS mode under constant acceleration (moderate), about 1/2 a second after hitting third it feels like the rpms drop or drops to another gear. Its not drastic but perceivable, it feels like the reverse of giving it more gas in a gear (still in SS) and hitting that 'passing gear' experience where it feels like the tranny has downshifted even though you are in SS and the indicator doesn't reflect any down shift.

 

.....could be the torque converter locking up....
