anything i can do to get rid of the SRS light. the dealer said it is somehting in the passanger seatbelt buckle. i dont have a warranty anymore, and the light is annoying me.

There is a safety recall for faulty seatbelt buckles. And seatbelts are warranted for the life. Demand the dealer fix it - free.

also when the light is on NONE of teh airbaigs work! get it fixed

so what do i tell them. they saud that it is something in the part that the buckle latches into. tell them that its not my fault its Acura probelm? what is the best thing to tell without making me pay. b/c they said that i would have to pay. thankx for all the hlp also. i really appreciate it.

Go to a different dealer. Seatbelt buckles are warrantied for life unless ur car was a salvaged title.

wow, i had no idea we had this issue. i suggest just going to different dealers. it'll be easier then fighting with your dealer.

even if u do get it fixed by the dealer , it will come on again and they tell you its something else.....happened to me 3 times, all u gotta do is a lil bit of yelling!
