Squeak

My 2000 TL NAVI has a nasty squeak/rattle coming from the fake wood panel on the passenger side of the center console - right near the power outlet.

Any ideas about fixing it? How would I remove the panel? Any special tools necessary?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Lift the center console door and use a small screwdriver to lift the edge until you can get your fingers under it. Pull up till the downward clips release and the back to release the forward clip hiding up by the radio. See what you can find.
