Spotted Black TL 02-03 in Manhattan
Black TL 02-03 with chrome wheels (look like Foose wheels) parked on 27th street and 1st ave. Right across the street from Bellevue Hospital. I see this car all the time, but todays the first day I saw it with the chromies......Looks nice. Just wondering if they were on the site......

Bobo has chrome Fooses, I don't know if he makes it out to Manhattan though since he is from Strong Island..It may be him, if I remember he does go to school in the BX..
