My guess is it can't be done...I just did the one minute mile bit using the highway markers and found that if I show 63 it is an actual 60. My tires are wider but alittle shorter. Keep us posted!

Sorry guys, but I'm changing my wheels and checked with the dealer, David McDavid in Plano. Jeff the service guy checked with the service foreman and they called the Tech Center.

The foreman's response was no, it would be way too involved and expensive. The Tech Center response was simply no.

However, the RL's speed has a calibration feature that is not on the TL. I wonder who is more likely to mod their wheels. TL or RL owners?

Anyway, their recommendation was to stay as close to stock dia as possible. In this case, 25.5".

I also heard that changing more than .5" can potentially effective the performance of the ABS computer. I still need to check that out. I wonder if disconneting the computer after an upgrade, would it recognize the change in Dia?

If I find out, I'll post. Otherwise I suggest checking with your service contact.

It normally can't be done...I wouldn't recommend messing with it either...don't want to risk your warranty. How much off are you?
