I have been informed by a member on this forum that the A-Spec does in fact have a different suspension system than the stock TL-S. Too be honest though, I believe this is false information, because Acura even states that the A-Spec package is fully cosmetic, and gives no advantage over the TL-S, besides the look of it.

Now I have noticed that my car does seem a tad lower than most Stock TL-S, in the sense that I have less wheel gap on only the back wheel.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct, and that in fact Acura did upgrade the suspension in the A-Spec to give it a more sporty feel.

Hey Jeff,

I think your suspicions are right ... the '03 A-spec is only cosmetic changes. Your ride might be lower in the back due to 'settling' of the springs.

If you thought about it, Acura Canada wouldn't make a totally different suspension for 800 TL-S models. The cost of testing it (before the introduction of a new model for 2004) for such a small production would not make economic sense.
