Sorry, I know this has been covered before but...
What are the difference between all the fog replacement bulbs? I did a search but now I am more confused than ever.

im with u on that one, ive asked before adn got some part numbers but have no clue were to go to find them, even on line 
but i want to get brighter bulbs but dont want to start replacing the ballast

This is what I have learned so far:
9006 = HB4, they are the same thing; LOWBEAMS
9005 = HB3, they are the same thing; HIGHBEAMS
But no one can tell me which to buy and where is the best place to find these.
