Thumbs up

What kind of paint did you use for the engine? I've been wanting to do that too, but I can't find anything that was a close match to the Aegean Blue. I clicked the link in your sig, but the pics are still small. It looks like it matches well, so I was wondering if you could tell me what paint you used. Thanks Sly!

BTW... looking good!!

Actually I had my autobody shop paint it...they used the factory paint with a heat agent added in so that it wouldn't crack.

Do you mind if I ask who your bodyshop is? I am debating getting an unpainted spoiler but I can't find a good bodyshop anywhere. If they're good and reasonable, I'll bring the spoiler to them, and have them do the engine too!! TIA....

(edit) - BTW, those resized pics are much better.... car looks awesome man!!

SLy,
The car looks great. Add me to the list of people that you can refer to that body shop. I just ordered the Wings West spolier and i'm tryin to find somewhere to get it painted. And I agree with everyone else that the engine cover looks damn good since it looks like it matches the car really well. I bought my car from Acura of Westchester, so i don't mind the drive from Queens. I'm hoping my engine bay will look that good especially since i ordered the AEM Polished intake from the same performance shop. Nice Job

Sorry guys, I was down in Daytona Beach for Spring Break Nationals. My body shop is in Tarrytown...their name is Unique Auto Body, ask for Dave and tell him Silvio sent you. Their phone # is 914-631-6463.

As for the pic with the hood closed...I don't have that one yet but I will get it.

Yeah, that's my boy...the show went well. i couldn't compete due to technical difficulties. I did get to show the car though and am working on some potential sponsorships. My brother placed 5th in his class.
