Question Socal price

Once Socal dealer give me for $29000 + tax, doc, and other fees for a TLS. I agree on the price but interest rate too high for me. With 50% down and they still want 7.75% rate. Doesn't matter if I want to go for 60mon or 36mon. In general the shorter the term the lower the rate. Well the deal was canned. I checked PeopleFirst, they give me 6.5%. I am sure that if I pay cash, the dealer probably not give me for 29K. But who cares, I still can shop around.

29K sounds like a good deal. Try AAA, they're doing 5.99%.

Do they have different rates for different part of the country? I saw that from this link:

Car Prices

Paid 31,200 for a TL-S with nav. including dest. mud flaps, wheel locks, and trunk tray...

OTD- just over 34,000

BTW- Your price of 29,000 seems like a fair price....Sound like the dealer is trying to make up some lost profit in charging you a higher interest rate...

I got mine from from Metro Acura in Montclair.
$31,230 w/ Navi. The dealer had to perform a swap with Pasadena to get me the Aegean Blue that I wanted, but he didn't charge me the $100 extra for the swap. However, the sales manger told me that the car wouldn't come with with the mudflaps, wheel locks, etc., but it did. he gave them to me at cost, so final price was $31,330.
