so what's the windshield wiper TSB all about?

so can someone clarify if this TSB says some TLs may have defective stock wiper blades that don't wipe well? just go to the dealer for a new pair? who's to say that a new pair aint crappy either?

replace the @ with a normal a, and the * with an r.
it's an issue with residue coming off of the washer fluid tank and spraying through the nozzle on to your windshield, causing excess streaking to occur. The only fix for it is having the dealer replace the wiper hose, and the tank.
print this off and bring it to the dealer, they'll replace the stuff for you.

Actually I have an 03 TLS and I gotta tell you...the wipres are herrendous!! I mean it streaks so god dam much, but this TSB is only for 03's. But watever, I'll still go to my dealer and ***** and if that doesnt work just upgrade my blades myself.

Burning Brakes
This actually started with the '00 models; I was effected and there is a '00 TSB.
What happened was that the WW fluid broke-down the compound in the faulty WW tubing that was installed. If you sprayed the windsheild to clean it, it deposited the solution on the windshield which made horrendous smears you could only remove by hand (windex, etc).
The dealer removes all the WW hosing and replaces it with new hose. Problem was completely solved afterwards.
