When did this forum turn into a ricer crowd??
Go buy a Civic. It's bad enough that Honda/Acura has a bad reputation when it comes to "tuners" and what they do to their cars. Let us, the rest of the TL owners who have a good taste, keep the whatever good reputation there is behind the TL.

Acura TL's are classy cars, lets keep it that way. I like the woodgrain paint on that Acura because I have never seen anything like it before, and I like the originality but it isn't very practical for anything but show and shock factor. However, something about the lambo/suicide doors on a sedan seems not right. I like them on the CL because it's a coupe, but we must remind ourselves that the TL is a upscale sports sedan and it puts some limitations on what we can get away with without looking ridiculous.Just my

I still haven't figured out how you can suicide the rear doors the way they're shaped!Anyone got pics of a 4-door car with suicided rear doors that are curved over the wheel well?????

I figured the RX8 would be no problem because the rear door edge is straight so you can put upper and lower hinges on the same axis.
Now I see that it is possible on a 4-door but it seems that there would only be one big hinge or two smaller ones close together on the short, straight part of the rear door. I guess you'd also have to cut out part of the door jamb to allow the outside edge to tuck in when the door is opened; sounds like a lot of work!!! I'm wondering how strong they would be, would the doors sag after a couple of years?

that idea with front lambos n rear suicides is pretty awesome...thought bout that too...but that kinda conversion is major $$...but if u have the pocket $$...go for it...

If you plan on having and competing your TL as a show car then it might be worth it for you, if its just to turn heads when you go to the mall and all the high school kids will be like cool man, then i couldnt justify putting that much money into the car.

I think the CL is the only one that looks high enough to get into the car fairly easy. It looks like the other lambo doors look too low and could create extra time getting in and out of your car. That's just my
