Should I buy it or not?
one dealer has a car in stock, and it is maybe already sit in the lobby for several mouths. I may be able to get a good price on it. Is there anything wrong for me to buy it? What is the big difference between this car and a new producted car? Does it really matters?
By the way if I put deposite I should use credit card or check, or doesn't matter.
Some quick response is highly appreciated. I need to make the decision very quickly.
Thanks a lot.

The car that your dealer has in stock in obviously not a TL-S since they will not be in dealers until the middle of March. If all you want is a good deal, then go ahead and buy the floor model. Or you can put a deposit down for a 260 HP redesigned monster. Sure you'll be paying MSRP, but the TL-S right now is not about getting a good deal. If you're not a performance type person then you should be very happy with a 2001 TL with 225 HP. It's your call. I personally would not hesitate to opt for the TL-S if you can afford it. You can probably save at least 3 grand by going for the in stock car. I would only use my credit card when putting down a deposit by the way.
