Post Seat warmer problem

After having my loose driver seat fixed at the dealer, the seat heater stopped working. The back section of the seat heats up, but not the ass part. Do I have to change the entire seat, or is it just a loose electrical plug that needs to be titen properly? I am taking my car back to the dealer on Wed... I let you guys know.

That is the exact same thing that happened to me. I had my seat fixed for squeeking and after my butt warmer never worked again. I took back to the dealer and they had the car for 2 days to find the problem. It turned out that somehow the heating element burned out on the bottom part, but the back heater still worked. After 2 days in the shop I got the car back not fixed because the part was on backorder. I asked how long it will take (it's pretty cold in CT) and they looked up and found that there were 220 people waiting for this part before me!!! There is a major problem with the heating element according to Acura. They said they are burning out like crazy. It took a few weeks to get the part in and I'm happy to say that everything works now.

Hope this helps you, maybe you can mention this to Acura so that they don't have to keep your car for 2 days and not be able to fix it.

Good luck!

Jason
