I have a click/pop type noise from my drivers seat (in two places) and a driver door rattle/buzz.

I hear the click/popping noise everytime I move in the seat or get out of the car.

It sucks BAD.

My warranty just ended, so they told me I'd have to pay.

Funny thing is that I had taken it in there to have it fixed under warranty and they didn't do anything, but the second time I take it in, they find the problem but won't fix it, since it's out of warranty.

All my concerns are documented, as I've mentioned them to the service person when dropping the car off.

The manager supposedly said (through the service person) that I should call Acura Customer Care and that their decision is based on how much money I've spent at the dealer. What's funny is that A.C.C. said the same thing.

I've informed acura customer care of my plight and they should be getting back to me in 2-3 days, which is useless, since I'll be leaving on a trip.

It angers me that a car that I purchased new has all these problems. I wish I knew beforehand so that I could have saved money by purchasing a cheap used car and waited for a lexus or something similar to come along. At least they have some idea about customer service (according to all my lexus owning friends).

Do I have any legal recourse?

I'd also like to mention that they thought it was the seat track/back (or something similar) causing the squeaking.

I've read on this board that replacing it does not solve the problem.
