Nope,
Driver seat - Back and seat heated.
Passenger seat - only the seat is heated.

They work, but it just takes a damn long time to get them heated.

I've noticed on mine that you can hardly detect any heat when they're on low. I usually set them on high to get them heated up, and once I can really feel it I switch to low to maintain the heat. If the car is cold and I turn it on low it seems like it's not even working. But it does work. I've left the car running for like 15 minutes with me out of the car and the seat on low, and I've reached in to feel it and there is heat there, but not much on low.

I have said it before, the heater for the TL seats are much weaker than those of my Accords. However they do work, but are on a cycle system, when on high, that is, the heat cycles on and off.

The dealer told me only the seat actually had the heating unit - any heat you feel on the back was just transferred heat. I notice that it seems to be true, but is that really the case? I've never sat in the passenger seat, but I assume it's the same....

And if so, why do your seats differ?

I think people in California don't use that feature, right?

Wow, I never knew that somewhere in Cali could drop below 45-50 Degre F.

Here in Montreal, when it gets around 10-15, then you can say it starting to get cold.....hehe.

Here in So Cal, temperatures have been getting as cold as 40 degrees F at night in Anaheim (Disneyland area). High's were like in the 70's today. It was a warm day. Had to use my a/c to keep cool.

I use my seat heaters at night still. Just like any other Californian, I think our winter nights are pretty cold and deserving of some nicely-heated seats.

I was told that no back heater on passenger side was do to the sensor they had to put in the passenger seat (that enable/disables the air bag).

So the driver's side BACK should heat up too? I thought BOTH seats only had the heat sensors on the bum side! You guys are saying at least the driver's side should be heating up my back too? I'll have to check that out (my baby is going to the dealer next week for the clock, creaks, and rear bumper).

One more thing to add to the list (maybe)!

Yes, the back does heat up but it is the lower back (same area as the lumbar support). You won't feel the seat getting warmer any higher up.

I'm in Los Angeles and use the heated seats all the time.... in addition to the 40-50 F evening winter temperatures we have strong winds which can chill you to the bone!
