seat belt squeek anyone?
finally started to hear a squeek or rattle. had this girl in my car, and i thought for a while she was making the noise. but i noticed it again when a buddy was in my car. the noise would come only when someone is sitting in my passenger seat. finally pin pointed it to the seat belt. the part where the cloth meets the plastic of the buckle makes a squeek. anyway to get rid of that?

i had that problem i send it to acura. they said they bent the seatbelt matel farther from the seat so it wont rub. i still get sqeaks sometimes but i guess its better then before.

known problem - Acura will fix
They know about the problem and you should take it to Acura to fix it. I had the same problem and I think they added a small plastic piece to keep it from rubbing. Anyhow, they fixed it the same day..

i had that same exact squeak. went to dealer....he was all pissed cuz i went there to fix two squeaks...and he's like.... "you know, all cars can't be rattle and squeak free" pssh... 
He just sprayed WD40 as well...nothing now....also...use a cloth to cover up the seatbelt and such

My seat belt buckles were squeaking too. I had my belts replaced for the recall a month ago after the SRS light came on. Today I started to hear the squeaking again and later today, the SRS light came on again. This is the third time the SRS light has come on (I didnt spray anything in there to cause the SRS light to come on. Its still squeakin.). Sux
