If that little light bothers you that much, then you have other things to worry about.

Yea, to get rid of the light, wear your seatbelt.

Yeah I hate those lights... Hey can we disconnect the airbags a well? Don't want them messing up my hair when they go off.

Oh and that "idiot light" is for people just like you.

Just remember, an airbag has the ability to launch you through the front window if you are not wearing your belt.

I really appreciate all your concern for my safety

Truth be told, I like to drive fast, chase loose women, drink cheap booze and not wear a seat belt.

My mother rags me about it all the time, I just don't want Mom having any competition from my dashboard

One of my friends in high school used to make fun of me for wearing mine, then one of them got into an accident and messed up his hand when it was the only thing holding him in his car (he t-boned a truck at 430)

He wore a cast for 6 months, and had to have a hand specialist fix it, he waited in a hospital for 5 hours for the only one available to come home from his vacation. I lauged last.

Driving fast is okay....It is the sudden stop that kills.

If you think you can brace yourself in an accident.....
try jumping off a 4 story building (and see how much holding your hands out in front of you will stop you from hitting the ground)
