Screws for Rotors!!!
Just got my Rotora's in today and hope on putting the rears in tonight after work.
Question I have is I know there are screws holding the rotor to the hub.
Do those screws need to be re-installed or can I leave them out?
I think i can get them out, but I am trying to get everything together so that tonights operation goes "smoothly."
I read in a thread somewhere that they were only used for Honda's assembly line - so that they dont fall off all the time. Im just trying to calrify this.
Please let me know if I need to reinstall the screws.

Burning Brakes
They come out quite easily with an impact screwdriver; the mechanical type that you can get at sears for $20 or any other tool store. They can also be re-used.
Even if you break/strip them, you can get new ones from the dealer for pennies (usually on shelf).
Personally, I don't see how the rotors can move even without the screws installed; not that the screws are strong enough to do any good anyhow. I've never owned a car with rotors that were screwed on before this....

I think that the screws help to center the rotor? BUy the impact screwdriver, it may help you from stripping them out, then having to them drill them out. Good luck .
