Screw loose in armrest???

I started noticing this rattling noise when I closed the door, but really didn't have the time to deal with it. This week, I was accelerating moderately, and I heard "whatever it is" slide toward the back of the armrest.

For those of you who have had the inner door components removed - do you have any suggestions as to what may be floating around in my armrest?

Also - how do I safely remove the inner door panel to fix it without damaging anything?

follow the instruction in the FAQ and remove your door panels...there's probably a loose wire bundle of wire in there..just tape them down.
