Scratch in Clear Coat

I have found a small scratch in the clearcoat at the front of the rear drivers side door. How can I get rid of this or cover it up?

How deep is it? Can you feel it when you rub your fingernail across it?

if it scratched the clearcoat, then fill it up with clearcoat touch up and if its colored then fill it up with colored touchup easy as that...btw make sure you clean with rubbing alcohol before you apply...
