San Diego Cush Acura Service Problems

Hey anyone here use Cush Acura Service?
Past 3 weeks, I've been having a problem with them getting the tires balanced...both Cush's (two sep dealerships) and 4 visits total.

Finally went to Big-O tires and they fixed the problem. I thought it was strange, but anyone here had prior problems with them?

Thanks!

Never bought a car from them, but I did go there to test drive the TL-S and even tried to negotiate with them on the price (Cush right off the 163). Anyway, maybe it's related, but I didn't care for their sales people or how they tried to work their angle. Let's just say their loss was another dealer's gain. Went to the dealer in Carlsbad (you know the name) and found the service to be incredible, and got the car for the price I wanted. Anyway, if the reputation of a dealership's servicing department can be based on the vibes you're getting from the sales staff, then maybe that's saying something ...

ditto! I experienced the same thing. Ended up buying from Hoehn in Carlsbad. I will only go to a Cush dealer if I'm close by and only for a test-drive. I will NEVER buy from them!

I have used Hoehn's service department a number of times and have only rec'd the utmost respect and attention from them. The only bad thing is that they are closed on the weekend.

Wow, I don't think I've ever considered that SD TL-S owners might actually be on these forums Keep an eye out for me and my ride if you're ever in the Mira Mesa / Miramar area. I've got an Anthracite Metallic '03 TL-S that's all stock (at the moment anyway

Sure thing Danny. I'm the Silver '03 TLS w/kit & ww rear flush mount spoiler. Also running around Mira Mesa/Miramar during the day time and on the weekends.

I think I've seen your Anthracite on the 15 a few times...Mine is WDP with a light tint all around. Usually kept pretty clean too.

One unique "Feature" is the Stevens Creek Acura plate frames from Northern California.

I too went to Cush and left because of bad salesmanship and an unwillingness to negotiate. I ended up getting my ABP type S down at the Mile of thieves, I mean Mile of cars. Got a much better deal down there and the service is great. I did go to Cush off the 163 to get my seat sqeek, sunroof visor rattle, and back seat rattle fixed, they also hooked me up with a free bottle of touch up paint. I wish Mossy had an Acura dealership, I'm sure they will soon.

Cush Acura of Kearny Mesa is pretty bad from my experience, but Escondido is where I get all my work done and I've never had any real problems with them, even got them to install my sway bars for a good price. My friend had a huge problem with his RSX there however, took it in to get rattles fixed and they kept it for 3 weeks, and still didnt fix the problem :shrugs:

Here's my experience with Ball Acura........

http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showt...threadid=86809

Only complaint I had was the price of the service, but, all in all they were good to me.

P.S. They are starting to sell aftermarket stuff (JDM, Comptech, etc.) Talk to Juan, he's a real good guy.....

Cool, guys ... I'm gonna keep my eyes peeled when I'm driving in my area

No other outstanding features about my TL-S other than the color (which I still don't see that often), and the fact I have a Hoehn rear plate holder.
