damn, it's going to cost you a nice chunk of change. good to see you came out unscathed though.
best of luck with the repairs, and good to see that it's going back on the road soon. i've always liked your car.

by the looks of it, i wouldnt repair it. just swap your parts into a car that had theft damage. but its ur decision and as long as theirs going to still be a 6speed tl around its all good. i guess that they ran out of jack stand so they used bricks. lol

i agree..the car will never be the same again. but do what you gatta do.. sentimental value is hard to replace.

If i could swap it into the shell i bought, i would have already. However, the damage to the other car is worse then mine. the drivers side is so f'ed up it's unrecognizable as a tl. thats why the shell works perfectly. i trust my mechanic. i got help from Kris (fsttyms) and Joe the turbo dude and my mechanic refused to use it. he worked on the car with his mechs and pieced everything together. car runs like a dream. Hes fixed many tl's in my shop (he repairs sells salvaged cars) and i have the utmost confidence in his abilities to turn my car into the beast it once was.
