?s on comtech ice box intake

hello everyone
my car is bone stock and i am very interested in adding on the comptech ice box and i have some questions in regards to it...i tried to do a search on it but couldnt find enough info

i wonder how much horse power gain
where is the best place to purchase
will the acura dealer install it and how much it would cost
if the sound of the car will change
will it void my warranty
is the filter hard to clean or change
finally the effects on the engin in the long run

i am kind of clueless in modifications but would like to make my car faster than stock without the louder noise...

Welcome aboard..

Usually, with cold air intakes the results will vary, anywhere between 5-8 hp gain.
U can purchase from AutoCarParts, I believe that they are a registered vendor for this site. IF you can't find them, see comptechusa.com
Since Comptech is Honda/Acura's aftermarket company, just like SVT is for Ford, they should install it and no, it will not void any warranties.
I've heard others replace the filter than comes with the comptech unit with K&N filters. Then you could just buy the K&N charger/filter cleaner. PepBoys, TrackAuto, etc. should carry this stuff.
I have not heard of any damages to any engine using a cold air intake.
