Hehe... I dunno... I wanted all crossdrilled. I was pretty surprised to see the front ones were gas slotted (swirly)... we'll have to wait and see what happens I guess. I think they thought I wanted slotted and they can't slot the rears? =Z

I think yu8888 has front rotors and TL Daddy plus a few other people have done some custom stuff (caliper/rotor paint).

I got both fron and back cross drilled(gold)and metal master pads. The results?
can't really feel different except the LOOK.!
maybe after new caliper, it should improve much more.

Question

Aren't the swirly ones cross-drilled too? I thought gas slotted rotors have diagonal slots on the surface and no actual holes (eg. Powerslot rotors).

The rotors ARE crossdrilled, not slotted. They are just drilled differently for the front and rear.

Dang! I thought the rears would look like my fronts too Nate. I hope Tim figures out if thats the way they come or not and tells us, cause I was considering doing the rears sometime too. Different patterns? Weird, but hey its cool, cant really see both wheel rotors at once anyways.

I can feel the difference with just the change in the front! I can especially feel the harder stopping power when I really gotta get on the brakes , or when I am trying to feather the stop.
